Cancellation Policy
At Enrich Centre, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure fairness and transparency, please review our cancellation policy: 1. General Cancellation Guidelines • Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged. 2. Rescheduling • Clients are allowed to reschedule their booking up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 15% rescheduling fee. 3. Refund Policy • If a cancellation is made within the required notice period, a full refund will be issued. • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. 4. Exceptional Circumstances • We understand that unexpected events happen. In the case of emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of management. 5. Provider-Initiated Cancellations • In the rare event that Enrich Centre needs to cancel or reschedule your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 6. How to Cancel or Reschedule • To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via email/phone number. Be sure to provide your booking details for faster processing. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
